if you really want to get rid of your cellulite one of the best things to do is to run on your treadmill in intervals which means that instead of running at a pace of 3 mph you should switch it up each minute from 7 mph to 3 mph and so on for about 45 minutes this is the best way to get your body to shock itself into thinking it needs to burn that fat that is making your body create cellulite.

This is not as hard as it seems either because you only have to run for a minute then you get a minute to rest in between times of running you may look funny on the treadmill to all of those who don’t care and are running at a slow pace and not making their body challenge itself but trust me when your body has no cellulite they will be calling you to beg for more tips on how to get rid of their cellulite. You also can drink a lot of water to help you flush out that fat and help you lose the weight you really want to lose and keep it off and get rid of the cellulite too
