I want to believe in any cream, gel, pill, or other product that will help in getting rid of cellulite wherever it might be on your body, but it is almost just putting a band aid on the troubled are. Most people have this problem that affects the areas of the back of the legs, bum, or even arms. I have used a few products on trying to rid my main areas of cellulite collection, but in the end I have not received the results I have wanted. It seems that if you want real results you need to follow the truths behind getting rid of cellulite and that is through exercise and drinking lots of water.
Isn’t it obvious that exercise will help you tremendously in getting rid of cellulite? I guarantee that if you workout at least 3 times a week and watch your diet plus drink lots of water, you will have less cellulite than if you did absolutely nothing at all. Following a good exercise plan and drinking lots of water is going to decrease your cellulite. I am not discouraging you from applying creams because they can help, I am just telling you from my own personal experience that through hard work, your results will show.
